Superiors Quality Assurance reports

What a laugh! Their QA reports are so flawed. Even if the error is theirs they ding you for it!
I think it is a power play. They kick you for being careful.
Even when you get wrong phone numbers and bad addresses from them they get you for it!

Yes, that is very true, I ignore them when they come in because half or more are their mistakes. They also mark it as your mistake if a page doesn't come through a fax and stupid stuff.But there are no real problems unless you make a major error, which is understandable.
At least they don't do that to you AND threaten to fire you if you get more than 4 in a quarter, and half of them are their mistakes like Exam One is now doing by way of Quest. This policy is outlandish and they will spend much more money on the effects of it and lose good people if it continues long. It's the most unreasonable act I have ever seen a paramedical company do, and all the examiners in my area are starting to look for other companies. Hate that, hope they wise up quick before its too late.
