Deducting Pay

Postby i<3correctionnursing » Fri May 25, 2012 10:12 am

Hi everyone! I am new to doing Paramedical Exams and started working for a company in March. A couple of weeks ago I learned the hard way that they deduct $10.00 from your pay if you are unable to collect blood, is this typical of most companies? It frustated me b/c I was unaware of this prior to accepting this job. Not all clients have descent veins or comply with consuming water. Just very frustrated and rethinking this.
